STEP ONE FIND SORIDORMI IN TIME CAVERNS
First, travel to the Caverns of Time and reach Revered reputation with the Keepers of Time.
Then find the NPC Soridormi. She patrols around the Caverns of Time and does not stay in a fixed location, so you may need to look around. She will give you the quest "The Vials of Eternity," requiring two items:Vashj's Vial Fragment and Kael'thas's Vial Fragment.
STEP TWO SERPENTSHRINE VAULT BOSS DROP
The first fragment comes from Serpentshrine Cavern.
Form a 25-player raid group and enter the instance in Coilfang Reservoir. Progress to the final boss Lady Vashj, defeat her, and loot Vashj's Vial Fragment.
The key point here is making sure you have completed the dungeon attunement beforehand, otherwise you cannot enter.
STEP THREE THE EYE KAELTHAS DROP
The second fragment comes from Tempest Keep.
Again, form a 25-player raid group, enter the raid, and defeat the final boss Kael'thas Sunstrider to obtain Kael'thas's Vial Fragment.
Once both fragments are collected, the quest enters its final stage.
STEP FOUR TURN IN AND UNLOCK HYJAL
Return to the Caverns of Time and turn in the quest to Soridormi. You will receive:

3000 reputation with the Keepers of Time
A special ring that can be upgraded over time
